Aragon-eRH is an integrated HRMS built around a unique software platform.
At the heart of the Aragon-eRH database reside the matrices that incorporate a company’s vision of Human Resources (competencies, training, etc.) and the employee file lists the players in the enterprise HR process.
Autonomous modules & HR process
Each of the solution modules is autonomous: the HR managers create activities (a performance evaluation campaign, for example) and delegate the action to managers and their teams for execution (expense report validation, for example). Once completed, the resulting data can be synthesized to generate detailed reports (annual reporting, for example).
The employee/ manager portal invites both to participate in the HR processes facilitated by the solution modules.
All of the modules are accessible on-demand and function independently.
Managing HR process constributors
Access management is just one of Aragon-eRH’s strengths: for each of the HR processes, each user is allotted certain access rights such as administrator, contributor, validator, etc. Access to sensitive HR data is secure to guarantee the confidentiality of your HR processes.

The Aragon-eRH platform was developed in SOA or Service-Oriented Architecture. This architecture facilitates management of frequent, secure data exchanges with tertiary applications.
The platform is 100% HRMS excluding pay functionality in order to focus on Human Resources administration and talent development. At the same time, the solution seamlessly and frequently taps into data shared with payroll systems: bank details, family name, indexes and compensation, functions, postal addresses, etc.
Native interface with leading payroll systems
Large companies already using today’s leading payroll systems in the market have implemented Aragon-eRH. To this end, Aragon-eRH has developed services and standardized connectivity to interface with the following software providers: ADP-GSI Hypervision, Sage, Cegid, HR Access, SAP, Peoplesoft.
Exotic payroll systems
Aragon-eRH is capable of adapting to local payroll systems frequently used by multinationals with operations in over 50 countries. Its SOA architecture means that Aragon-eRH can efficiently adapt its interface – in Singapore Aragon-eRH can now guarantee interfacing with Paymaster, a key local actor in payroll systems.
