Aragon-eRH’s eRH portal serves both employees and their managers. Once inside, both access easy-to-use dashboards from which they manage every aspect of their HR responsibilities (career evaluations, recruiting, desired training, etc.) on an on-going basis. As such, tasks like time & activity management, expense reporting and leave requests become manageable from day to day  – even formal requests such as pay advances can be made via the eHR portal.

Within the eRH Portal, employees personally fill in their timesheets, specifying the project name/ activity on which they’ve worked. Once finished, the timesheet is sent via the solution to the employee’s manager for approval or rejection. This same, seamless process applies to multiple actions such as leave requests.

All professional expenses (type of expense, associated project, supplier, etc.) are tracked in real-time.
