Our technical team places a technical environment, complete with your company logo and graphic scheme, at your disposal. This environment incorporates your own competency matrix, training catalogs and employee files to launch the use of our HRMS. We then activate the software modules and hand over the keys to your teams.

From the first stage of the project, our technical teams place a technical environment at your disposal. So what is its role? To present the tools to its users, collect necessary information and to build a plan for change management.
Project Management
We present you with the types of implementation schedules available (D + 5, D + 9, customized configuration). On your side, you structure and drive the project by identifying the activity contributors, appointing both basic function and technical super-users, those in charge of deployment and change management, managing the deployment schedule and the deliverables necessary to meet deployment deadlines.
To assist project management, we work regularly with HR and change management consultants. Understanding the HRMS field is a pre-requisite; however, spearheading the implementation of Aragon-eRH requires no specific competencies concerning the tool. In addition, we are more than happy to work with your consultant of choice.
Change Management
In a classic scenario, user training is required for the Aragon-eRH, and change management is carried out to enable employees and managers to become the actors in the HR process. The change management program includes interview management, competencies evaluation, HR calendar, etc.
Once again, in this measure, we collaborate regularly with HR and change management consultants.
Aragon-eRH Training
A SIMPLE SOLUTION: FAST AND EFFECTIVE USER TRAINING
The success of HRMS implementation relies on employees’ and managers’ full appropriation of the HR process. Aragon-eRH requires minimal training for managers and users thanks to its simplicity – it can require as little as a YouTube, Dailymotion or Viméo video.
STRONG IMPACT: INTENSIVE SUPER-USER TRAINING
Contrary to the standard training for managers and employees, super-users – both general and technical – administrate the HRMS and their actions have immediate impact on a potentially immense employee population. For them, we developed an intensive “administrator” training.
Our service teams can deliver this training (one half-day to 2-days according to the selected modules) either in person or “live” via shared screens and video conferencing for your more distant offices.
