Custom environment

Our technical teams provide you with a custom technical environment featuring your logo and your corporate style. They incorporate talent management, with your own competencies dictionary, your training catalogues and your employee files to get you going with using our HRMS. Then we activate the software modules and hand over to your teams.

Staying on schedule

We share our set up schedules with you. The project needs to be structured and steered on your side: identify trade contributors, nominate functional and technical super-users, deployment managers and change management managers. Follow the schedule and required deliverables to successfully stay on schedule.

User training is traditionally needed for the OneAragon tool and change management is carried out to enable employees and managers to become actors in HR processes.

On the agenda: conducting interviews, skills appraisal, an HR calendar, and so on.
Here too, we frequently collaborate with HR and change management consulting firms.

Strong impact
Intensive training
for super-users

General and technical super-users administer the HRMS and their actions have an impact on tens, hundreds or even thousands of employees. For them, we have conceived intensive administrator training.

This training can be delivered by our service teams (1/2 day to 2 days depending on the selected modules) either in person or virtually (via video conferencing and screen sharing), especially for your distant sites.

Between 9am and 6pm on business days, a specialised hotline accessible by telephone or email picks up your incident reports within the hour.
Incident support is provided via an Aragon-eHR tool.

Maintenance

We provide monthly reports with numerous elements including: machine availability chart, list of registered users, connection indicators…
